SUTURE is a clinical reasoning simulator designed for educational purposes and deliberate practice. It is intended for medical students, interns, residents, and healthcare professionals to improve clinical decision-making skills in a safe, simulated environment.

All scenarios are entirely fictional and created for educational use. They do not reflect real patient cases or clinical data.

SUTURE does not provide medical advice and is not for real-time clinical decision-making.

The app does not:

• Replace clinical supervision or professional judgment
• Substitute for formal medical training or continuing education
• Offer diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical guidance for real patients
• Constitute a doctor-patient relationship

You must not use SUTURE to make clinical decisions for real patients. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals and follow established clinical protocols.

SUTURE is strictly for educational simulation. You must not:

• Use the app to make decisions about real patient care
• Input real patient data into the app
• Rely on the app for emergency or urgent clinical situations
• Use the app as a substitute for clinical guidelines, protocols, or evidence-based resources

If you are facing a real clinical situation, follow your institution's protocols and seek appropriate supervision.

By using SUTURE, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account creation
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the app solely for educational purposes
• Not share your account with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app
• Not input real patient data or protected health information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

App store billing: All subscriptions are managed through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store settings.

Pricing: Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. Early access users may receive promotional pricing or free trial periods.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by your app store according to their policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

Institution billing: For institutional accounts, billing is managed separately through direct invoicing. Contact us for details.

All content in SUTURE—including scenarios, text, graphics, software, and educational materials—is owned by SUTURE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute app content without permission
• Use the SUTURE name, logo, or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the app or its content
• Scrape, extract, or download scenarios for external use

Your use of SUTURE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the app for personal educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Use the app for prohibited purposes
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Compromise the security of the app or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

SUTURE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Scenarios are clinically comprehensive or current
• Use of the app will improve your performance or exam results
• All features will be available at all times

We strive to maintain high-quality educational content, but clinical guidelines and best practices evolve. You are responsible for verifying information with authoritative sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUTURE and its creators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
• Clinical decisions made based on app content
• Loss of data, access interruptions, or technical failures
• Reliance on app content for real patient care
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in educational content

You use SUTURE at your own risk. The app is for educational simulation only and does not replace clinical judgment or supervision.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUTURE, its creators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your misuse of the app
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Any clinical decisions made based on app content

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of SUTURE after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of SUTURE will be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
